In the 18th century, in the jewelry restoration room of the Palace of Versailles in France, a craftsman found a broken teardrop-shaped ornament design in the interlayer while repairing an ancient crown. Inspired by the palace aesthetics in the picture, the craftsman reassembled the warmth of pearls with the outline of a teardrop: Palace Lumière was born.
